Placing an Order

Ordering from our store is easy! Just follow these simple guidelines:

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout when you’re ready
  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information — double-checking helps avoid delays!
  • Review your order summary (items, quantities, total) before confirming
  • Once placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of inventory errors or suspected fraudulent activity — but we’ll always contact you first if this happens.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

Your payment information is securely processed through our payment partners — we never store your full card details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We want your order to be just right. If you need to make changes or cancel:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to adjust it
  • Once your order has been processed for shipping, we can’t modify items or addresses
  • If you cancel before shipping, you’ll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days

Inventory & Backorders

We update our inventory daily, but occasionally items sell out quickly. Here’s what to know:

  • Out-of-stock items are marked as "Sold Out" on product pages
